Our team has been working hard behind the scenes on our newest service offering: small business online and mobile banking also known as MemberDirect Small Business. Small Business Online Banking includes a range of features that make it a smart, simple, and stress-free financial option.

One question that might come to mind is what is the difference between small business online banking and personal online banking? Small business online banking offers the same features as online banking, with the addition of powerful features to help save time and stay on top of cash flow. Features include:

Do I have to sign up?

On September 12th, 2022 all business members will automatically be switched over to a MemberDirect Small Business (MDSB) account. The log in process will remain the same, as will your user credentials; even the app will remain the same. When you log in as a business member with your business debit card, you will have access to even more versatility with MDSB.
