At Integris Credit Union, we are committed to providing our members the best possible service and transparency regarding their accounts. Unfortunately, our September monthly statements were delayed due to an unexpected issue earlier this month. We are happy to announce that these statements have now been posted. However, we want to provide important information regarding these statements to ensure you can access the necessary details.

What Happened?

Due to the backend issue, the backup process to post the September statements resulted in missing details. Specifically, the statements do not reflect month-end interest or service fees. We understand this is important information for our members, and we are here to help you verify these details.

How Can You Verify Missing Information?

While the statements themselves may not display the month-end interest or service fees, there are two ways you can easily verify this information:

  1. Check Online Banking: You can log into your online banking account at www.integriscu.ca and view your activity on the account you are looking for. This will allow you to see any interest earned or service fees charged during the month of September.
  2. Request a Printed Statement: We can provide you with a printed statement directly from our system, free of charge! This statement will include all the missing information, including month-end interest and service fees. Connect with us, and we’ll be happy to assist!

What About October Statements?

We want to reassure you that this issue will not affect October’s statements. The problem has been resolved, and all future statements will reflect the correct information, including any interest and fees.
